    Our Principal's Leadership Philosophy
Whatever part of my leadership role I am engaged in at any time I value “integrity” the most. It defines every aspect of how I choose to conduct myself. With every leadership role comes a degree of power and every leader will be judged by his/her use of that power. I want to be known for my passionate dedication to every aspect of educating children and for my unwavering fidelity to the belief that all children can learn.

I want to be respected for my ability and knowledge in my chosen profession and my positive human relation skills in creating a TEAM spirit based on shared decision making and input from all the stakeholders.
I approach problem solving based on the glass is always half full philosophy and a “what can we do” to increase student achievement rather than a “why we can’t” attitude.

For optimal student success and growth to occur, I believe there must be an established positive climate/culture based on mutual trust and respect among teachers, administrators, students and parents. This can only occur if there is open and honest communication and consensus building in determining goals and objectives both by and for individuals and groups.

I operate with the philosophy of “saying what I mean, and meaning what I say” --actions speak louder than any words, written or oral. I will tolerate no discussion nor action that will sacrifice our best efforts on behalf of every student. This may be problematic at times due to my lack of patience with red tape and anyone who focuses on the negative rather than the positive. I love what I do and will work tirelessly to support our problem solving efforts as we build our team relationship on behalf of our students. “Together Everyone Achieves More” is a philosophy I have internalized and will work diligently to help others adopt that, also.
