Grade 11 Class Advisors

REPORTS TO:

Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate magazine complain.
2. Develop plans for junior/senior prom (theme, photographer, decorations, music, etc.)
3. Yearbook pictures scheduled (yearbook advisor.)
4. Coordinate Step-Up program with senior class advisors and officers.
5. Coordinate operation of Half-Time House during commencement practice (optional.)
6. Schedule meetings - agenda
7. Plan fund raisers.
8. Collect class dues - establish amount and collection dates.
9. Review Roberts Rules of Order for meetings.
10. Establish system of communications to keep members of class informed of activities.
11. Election of officers for senior year.
12. Submit a monthly report to the principal.
13. Submit a yearly report to the principal.
