Welcome to the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program!
This program is available for Microsoft business customers who are eligible for the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program (WDP) as described in product terms. The Microsoft Workplace Discount Program (WDP) gives you (Bridgeton Public Schools) the opportunity to provide your (Bridgeton Public Schools) eligible employees access to selected discounted Microsoft products, software, and services.
By participating in WDP and enrolling your (Bridgeton Public Schools) employees, you (Bridgeton Public Schools) accept these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- Your (Bridgeton Public Schools) participation in WDP is subject to: (a) these terms and conditions as updated by Microsoft from time to time and (b) the terms and conditions of your Microsoft volume license agreement or (c) any other applicable Microsoft license agreement.
- Active employees at your (Bridgeton Public Schools) company with a valid user account that is part of your (Bridgeton Public Schools) Microsoft 365 business subscription are "eligible employees" and able to participate and purchase a single subscription of either Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family under WDP. In select markets, eligible employees also receive a discount on select Surface devices and accessories. Microsoft Workplace Discount Program offers for Microsoft 365, and Surface must be purchased in two separate transactions. You (Bridgeton Public Schools) agree that you (Bridgeton Public Schools) will only enroll eligible employees.
- The license terms for the software licensed through WDP is an agreement between Microsoft and your (Bridgeton Public Schools) employee. We will not hold you (Bridgeton Public Schools) responsible for any individual employee's failure to comply with the terms and conditions of that agreement.
- We may terminate your (Bridgeton Public Schools) participation in WDP immediately and without notice in connection with unauthorized access to or licensing through WDP in violation of these terms and conditions.
- Your (Bridgeton Public Schools) participation in this program may have tax implications for you (Bridgeton Public Schools) and your (Bridgeton Public Schools) employees. You may wish to consult your (Bridgeton Public Schools) tax advisor before enrolling eligible employees. We assume no responsibility for compliance with any employment benefit, tax, or reporting obligation that either you (Bridgeton Public Schools) or your (Bridgeton Public Schools) employees may have.
