- Select "Add Account" and enter your email address.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.
On Mac:
- Open the Outlook app.
- Click on "Preferences" > "Accounts".
- Click the "+" button and select "New Account".
- Enter your email address and follow the on-screen prompts.
Mobile Access:
- Download the Outlook app from your device's app store.
- Open the app and enter your email address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Common Issues and Solutions:
Cannot Log In:
- Ensure you are using the correct email address and password.
- Reset your password if you have forgotten it.
Email Not Syncing:
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
