For your convenience, this page lists some commonly asked questions.

*I have moved, how do I get a new bus pass?

All household ADDRESS CHANGES must be made through the District school in which your student attends or your neighborhood school.

Your student's records will be updated to reflect the new address upon receipt of the required documentation. Transportation will be
notified. Your updated busing information will be sent to the school to go home with student. Busing information will also be available
through "Parent Portal" in Genesis.

*I've moved and I'm currently residing with someone?

*How do I find out what bus my child will ride?

Your student's busing information is available in Parent Portal of Genesis. The bus number is placed in the window of the bus.

*I don't have the ability to print the forms, what should I do?

We always have copies of the forms available in our office. Feel free to pick up or if this is not an option, we can mail to you.
