  4. Data Storage & Processing: Microsoft 365 data is stored and processed within Microsoft’s U.S. infrastructure under FERPA‑aligned contractual commitments.
  5. Data Sharing: Information may be shared with school officials, contracted vendors meeting FERPA requirements, or when required by law.
  6. User Rights: Parents/guardians and eligible students may request access to or correction of educational records via district FERPA procedures.
  7. Security: Safeguards include MFA, encryption, auditing, access controls, and incident response processes.
  8. Updates: Policy updates will be posted on district websites or sign‑in pages.
