Preschool Programs

Eligible children must be 3 or 4 years old on or before October 1st , or attended another Preschool and now live in the city of Bridgeton.

Registration Packets are available at any Bridgeton Public School.

On the day of your appointment you will need to bring:

• Completed Registration Packet
• Original Birth Certificate
• 2 Proofs of your Bridgeton Address with parent/guardian's name on it. (CURRENT lease, utility bill, bank statements, tax bill, public assistance, etc.)
• Completed immunization record
• Physical signed by your Doctor (dated within 1 year of the enrollment date)
• Custody Papers if applicable
• Medical Insurance Card
• Photo ID parent/guardian

If you are transferring your child from another School District, you must have a Transfer Card and Health Record from the previous school along with the above documents

Kindergarten through 8th Grade Registration

Eligible children must be 5 years old on or before October 1.

Stop by your local school office to pick up an enrollment packet.

On the day of your appointment, you will need to bring.

• Original Birth Certificate
• At least 2 proofs of your Bridgeton Address (Tax bill, Current lease, Utility Bill, Bank Statements, etc., with parent/guardian name on it)
• Completed immunization records
• Physical signed by your Doctor
• Custody Papers if applicable
• If transferring in from another School District you must have a Transfer Card and Health Record from the previous School.
• Copy of Current Medical Insurance Card
• Photo ID parent/ guardian
