Bridgeton High School
Yair Nicolas Bravo
Grade 11 - Junior
Yair is a true leader in the classroom. He performs in the High School Marching Band, Jazz Band, Concert Band, and in a Community Band. His self-discipline and dedication to his studies has earned him excellent results. He is always supportive of his classmates and motivates them to succeed.
Bridgeton High School
Estefania Ramirez Garcia
Grade 12 - Senior
Estefania is the March Band Drum Major/Conductor. She has assisted with co-teaching drill and music and has performed at all home and away football games, parades, and numerous community events throughout this school year. She is also a member of the BHS Jazz and Concert Bands. She has displayed great enthusiasm with all this Bridgeton related. Additionally, she has received commendable grades in all of her classes and is dedicated to life goals.

Alexander Russell, III
Grade 3
Alexander is an outstanding student who not only puts his best effort at everything he does but, has a warm and inviting personality. If he sees someone who needs assistance he will extend himself out, asking politely if they need help, and aid them accordingly. He is better know as “AJ” and has a wonderful laugh and a smile that carries throughout the room. When it comes to his academics he is always trying his best and completes his work. It is always a pleasure to read his work. He should be extremely proud for receiving this award. He has worked very hard and it has been noticed.

Ja’Kavia Russell
Grade 8
Ja’Kavia is an amazing student. Not only does she thrive academically, but she excels behaviorally as well. She is an incredible pleasure to have in class. She currently has a 96.8 average in language arts and perfect attendance. Not only is she present for class, she participates on a daily basis. Also, she always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She has and continues to work extremely hard; she most certainly earned this award.

Grade 3
Gerardo is such a pleasure to have in class. He works diligently daily. He is kind, friendly and always willing to help his friends. He is a student who exhibits the characteristics of Leader. His classmates see him as some one they can count on, as well. We have no doubt this special recognition will only be one of many in his successful future.

Alan consistently demonstrates genuine leadership qualities. He always shows great respect towards both his peers and staff. During class-time, he stays focused and excels in his studies. It is with great pleasure and pride that we nominate Alan as Bulldog of the Month.

Johana is a 7th grade Honor Roll student at ExCEL, in addition to being a 3-sport athlete. She brings positive energy to all of her classes.

Pre-Kindergarten
Diana is an example for what “strive to thrive” looks like. She has excellent attendance, and will always be observed walking through our classroom doors with a gaint smile on her face. She has a positive attitude and is eager to learn how to read. Her parents encourage her to read so that she will continue to learn. Her family is very proud of hoe she never gives up even when it’s challenging. Learning to read is a challenge for children and adults, but she is determined to do it.

Grade 4
Krystal is new to Indian Ave. this year, but has quickly become an integral part of our school family. She is a student council member, a dependable student, and a good friend. We recently got a new student and she took her on a tour of the school, introducing her to staff. She is truly an asset to our school and deserves to be a Bulldog of the Month.

Joshua is very outgoing. He is eager to learn and enjoys the academic challenge in school.

Emery Perez Lopez
Grade 2
Emery conducts herself with such great maturity for only being 7 years old. She is extremely responsible with never having missed an assignment to date and attaining straight A’s. She has a compassionate heart always willing to help, motivate and encourage any of her classmates. She always gets upset every holiday because she never wants to miss school. Her passion for school is every teachers dream.
