Registration for all grade levels is available by appointment only. Please contact the secretary listed below to schedule an appointment.

Registration Packets are available at any Bridgeton Public School or Registration Office

On the day of your appointment you will need to bring:

• Completed Registration Packet
• Original Birth Certificate
• 2 Proofs of your Bridgeton Address with parent/guardian's name on it. (CURRENT lease, utility bill, bank statements, tax bill, public assistance, etc.)
• Completed immunization record
• Physical signed by your Doctor (dated within 1 year of the enrollment date)
• Custody Papers if applicable
• Medical Insurance Card
• Photo ID parent/guardian

If you are transferring your child from another School District, you must have a Transfer Card and Health Record from the previous school along with the above documents.

Preschool Programs

Eligible children must be 3 or 4 years old on or before October 1st, or attended another Preschool and now live in the city of Bridgeton.

Kindergarten through 8th Grade Registration

Eligible children must be 5 years old on or before October 1.
